About Michelle Gemmill

My biggest goal in life has always been to be happy, help others, meet new people and do whatever I can to make a difference.

I am a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and committed full time to providing real estate services.  I have always had a passion for houses, so I feel like I have been doing this forever.  I have watched HGTV and know things in the real world aren’t as quick and glamorous as they can make it seem.  I am here and excited to help you in any way I can, whether it be finding your first home, selling your home, or purchasing a different home.  Allow me to guide you through the process of making your house dreams come true!  

I have been a lifetime resident of York County, most of my time living in the southern part of the county, and now residing in West York for the past 11 years.  I am familiar with all the surrounding areas and would be more than happy to help you with your real estate needs.  I enjoy going to the beach and warm climates, going camping, walking, being outdoors and planning trips.  

My sales and customer service career started early in my life as a middle schooler when I used to go door to door in my neighborhood every year to sell Christmas cards and Christmas paper from a mail order promotional company to win prizes.  I would also strive to be the top sales person whenever there were school fundraisers, like magazine sales, Wolfgang candy, and the infamous candy bar sales to help fund the senior class trip, of which I participated personally in more often than I care to admit.  The caramel and chocolate bar was my favorite!  I also held sales and customer service positions while in high school including at Hardees and American Outfitters.

Sales and customer service has been a big part of my adult life as well. I have worked in the mortgage processing department and customer service and sales of banking products for many years.  I was a Pharmacy Technician, a Longaberger Sales Consultant and I even sold Kirby vacuums many years ago door to door where I achieved top new salesperson my first month there. I was a Marketing and Sales intern for the US Olympic Committee with the US Bobsled and Skeleton Federation in Lake Placid, NY.  More recently, I was the Group Events Manager with the York Revolution, earning top salesperson two years in a row.

I have a Bachelors degree from York College in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing and I have an Associates degree from Central Penn College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania.
